The PAC Asset Map is  a guide to resources for perinatal providers, spotlighting those working behind the scenes to improve care, support, and outcomes for moms, babies, and families in Pennsylvania.

This map identifies organizations and programs actively engaged in systems-level efforts to improve perinatal health outcomes. This map centers on entities that contribute to the broader infrastructure supporting perinatal health behind the scenes through training, technical assistance, research, funding, policy advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration for perinatal providers. MFHS is developing a regional maternal health coalition (RMHC) in a 14-county service area, using the CDC’s State Strategies for Preventing Pregnancy-Related Deaths. MFHS is also using principles of community engagement to select, implement, and evaluate the 2025 Pennsylvania Maternal Mortality Review Committee recommendations for improving maternal health outcomes, promoting maternal health equality, and reducing health disparities.
